Snow is always a welcome addition to the hills and I am always itching to get out there when it does snow. I had two locations in mind, when I started, but the weather was changing and I was on my own, so I erred on the side of caution. However, I was not disappointed, as I was quite pleased with the results from even a short walk. The standing stone is located in the Nire Valley and has been the subject matter of many of my photographs, it is nice to see it in a different light and a different veil.
